Are you licensed and bonded?
Yes, Platinum Corporate Cleaning is licensed and bonded for up to $1,000,000. We also do thorough background checks on all employees.

What if something is broken or damaged?
Platinum Corporate Cleaning assumes full responsibility for any breakage.

How do you access my business? Do I need to be there?
We are happy to accommodate whatever fits your needs. During your initial consultation, you can discuss any arrangements, including access codes; keys assigned, alarm codes, etc.

Will I need to provide any supplies or products?
Platinum provides all of their own cleaning supplies, consumables for restocking, and equipment. We are devoted to “green cleaning,” and use products that are not harmful to you or the environment. If you prefer a specific product, please discuss this at the time of your consultation.

How do you charge for your services?
Our prices generally are based on the square footage of your office and the frequency of our cleaning. Smaller offices may pay a fixed rate depending on the number of services and the frequency of visits requested. We are happy to customize any cleaning package, and can work within your budget.

What are the methods of payment?
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal on our website, and also receive other standard forms of payment such as check, money order, and cash.

Do I have to sign a contract?
We offer 1 to 3 year contracts with a 30-day “right to cure” clause. This protects you if you are dissatisfied, and we can credit monies back to you or allow you to cancel the service without penalty.

How do I provide feedback?

Your office will also be provided satisfactory sheets to give you a convenient way to address additional items, should they need extra attention or improvement.
